If you are arriving at the port
A drakakis rent a car representative will be waiting to the left of the main port building, holding a sign with your name on it.
If you are arriving at the airport
One of our helpful team will be waiting for you at our office in the airport, which is situated next to the baggage carousel in the arrivals hall.
Provided that you give us enough notice, we are happy to deliver or collect your car from anywhere on the island. Please contact our office to arrange this.
If you wish to extend your rental at any time, please let us know so that we can check that we have a car available for the required dates.
Should you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact our office and one of our helpful staff will assist you. Cancellation charges may apply, please check our Terms & Conditions for details.
To collect your rental car, you will need to present a valid driving license for each registered driver. For non-EU citizens, you will also need to present an International Driving Permit.
We also require credit card details so we can take a security deposit.
For the duration of your rental contract, we at drakakis rent-a-car are always by your side and ready to respond directly to your needs. Our experienced staff will be always available to help in the case of damage or vehicle problems.
In the unlikely event that your car breaks down, or you have an accident, please call us immediately and we will make the necessary arrangements. In most cases we will be able to reach you within 30 minutes, so you can rest assured that with drakakis rent-a-car you are in good hands.
All of our cars are usually issued with a full tank of fuel. If we are unable to do so, your car will be issued with no less than half a tank of fuel.

If you have ordered one baby/child seat we guarantee that you will receive it. Any additional seats that you have ordered are subject to availability.
In order to secure a reservation, an advance deposit of 25% of the total amount must be made.
Bookings made using our online booking system can be paid by Mastercard or Visa using the Eurobank-Livepay secure system
